Red Carpet with Meagan Good and Tyler Lepley!
Join me behind the scenes of the Beauties with Brains event, on the red carpet with the Keynote Speaker and stars from the hit TV show Harlem, Meagan Good, and Tyler Lepley. Spoiler alert if you haven't watched season 1, not sure why you haven't but Tyler does share some insight into what we can expect in season 2. Meagan was so generous and shared how she had to fight to be considered for the role of "Camille."
Harlem was created by the writer behind Girl's Trip Traci Oliver. Oliver said she had the idea for the show because she felt there weren’t a lot of "Black female friendship stories on the air," and she wanted to portray people in their thirties who were still searching for their path in life. She based the show in part on her own experiences. The series is executive produced by Oliver, Amy Poehler, Kim Lessing, Dave Becky, Pharrell Williams, and Mimi Valdés.
